Shipping: All orders are prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days. This depends on the inventory level, because some items are in high demand. Once the order is shipped, the email notification with a tracking code is sent to the customer.
Delivery Time: The delivery time depends on each product and the customer country. Please expect the estimated delivery time to be 5-7 days to the USA, Canada and 10-20 days to Europe. For some items, delivery is as fast as 3-5 days. You will be notified and given tracking information.

Returns: Should your item(s) received are defective or not what you ordered, you can start the return process by emailing us at email@example.com. Once your return claim is approved, you will be sent a shipping label and customer is responsible for cost of return shipping if any.
