Shipping

All orders are prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days. This depends on the inventory level, because some items are in high demand. Once the order is shipped, the email notification with a tracking code is sent to the customer.

Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on each product and the customer country. Please expect the estimated delivery time to be 5-7 days to the USA, Canada and 10-20 days to Europe. For some items, delivery is as fast as 3-5 days. You will be notified and given tracking information. Delivery is stated in calendar days. The delivery time may be longer than stated during high season and (national) holidays. Zimmi Fit does not take the responsibility for the delivery delays that happen due to third-party services/suppliers. Zimmi Fit will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided.

Returns

Should your item(s) received are defective or not what you ordered, you can start the return process by emailing us at contact@zimmifit.com. Once your return claim is approved, you will be sent a shipping label and customer is responsible for cost of return shipping if any.

Once the items are received, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping cost (if any) for the return label.

Refunds can take up to 15 days to process.
